The Ace and Florence Fogdall Campground is a part of Black Hawk Park. It offers self-registration, 21 full hook-up sites, water, flush toilets, showers, dump stations, playground equipment, and horseshoe pitching courts. It has direct access to the Cedar Valley Trails Network. Designated sites are available for reservation.

Black Hawk Park

Black Hawk Park offers hiking, biking, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing along the trails. River activities include fishing and ice fishing. Canoes and motor boats are allowed on the water. A camping area, cabins, and shelters are also available.

Cedar Falls Equestrian Center is owned and operated by Deb and Kevin DeVries. It was established as a lesson, training and show facility. Boarding is also offered. Lessons are offered to beginners through advanced riders. Classical riding is emphasized in dressage, jumping and hunt seat lessons. Deb is the instructor. She works with students in 4-H and Pony Club and also offers lessons to adult riders. Each lesson is specific to the rider's needs and interest.
