One of Iowa's newest center for the arts offers over 200 performances a year ranging from Broadway to Bolshoi. George Wyth House and Viking Pump Museum

A treasure of the Cedar Falls Historical Society, the former family home of George Wyth showcases the Art Deco style of the 1920's. The third floor of the house is a small museum dedicated to the Viking Pump Company, co-founded by Wyth. Open 12-4 pm, May 1 - October 31
Grout Museum of History & Science

Nationally accredited, the Grout Museum features outstanding exhibits reflecting area history. It boasts Northeast Iowa's only planetarium. Planetarium programs are offered Saturday at 11 am, 1:30 pm, and 3 pm. Permanent exhibits include Pioneer Hall with five full-scale dioramas including blacksmith and carpenter shops, tool shed, log home, and mercantile store. The Museum also houses northeast Iowa's largest genealogical reference library. Tuesday - Saturday 9 am - 5 pm, closed Sunday and Monday.

Lost Island Water Park

Lost Island is a 74-acre recreation park with water slides, miniature golf, and go-karts, two 18-hole Adventure Golf Courses, 18 of which are handicapped accessible, and the go-karts are open (May – September) 2 pm - 10 pm, Monday - Saturday, Sunday 2 pm - 7 pm. The water park is open (June – August) 10:30 am - 6:30 pm daily. The park features nine slides as well as five other water attractions... there's something for everyone!
