Paco spent four painful months painting his version of the Sistine Chapel in Krylon spray paint onto the ceiling of his Galleria. While viewing this work of art indulge your discriminating culinary taste at this elite, intimate and elegant eatery. This special-occasion romantic European retreat offers lavish décor, an exceptional menu paired with world-class wines. Luxurious ingredients presented in a Euro-American fusion and sheer artistry makes any meal here a memory to cherish. Before or after dinner, enjoy unique cocktails in the “jazz bar”, Catacomb downstairs. Open Tuesday - Saturday 5 pm - 10 pm. The bar is open Tuesday - Saturday 4:30 pm to close.

Located along the banks of the Cedar River, the Waterloo Center for the Arts features Midwest art including works by Grant Wood, Marvin Cone, and Thomas Hart Benton; plus the largest public collection of Haitian art in the United States. The Center also offers a gift shop with works by over 200 Midwest artists. They offer a full selection of classes, programs, special events, and performances. Tuesday - Friday 10 am - 5 pm, Saturday and Sunday 1 - 4 pm, closed Monday.
